Shipping & Refunds

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (not including holidays). After processing, typical USPS transit times are 1 to 5 days for First Class and 1 to 3 days for Priority (please refer to USPS Domestic Mail & Shipping Services for the most accurate transit times). Any delays because of the postal service are out of our control.

If you wish to cancel your order please email us to hello@noxandliy.com as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that seem suspicious or fraudulent.
Please inspect all items as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or any item breaks within 7 days of delivery we will replace them (depending on available stock) or refund you the price of the item. In order to process a claim, please email us at hello@noxandlily.com and include pictures of the damaged items.
If the package is returned to us, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, you will be responsible for the reshipment fees (even if shipping was previously free). If this is the case, please email us at hello@noxandlily.com, we will do our best to reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.
The USPS advises you to fill out an online help request form at USPS Find Missing Mail or by visiting your local post office.
Please contact your local postal service for further information. In most cases, it was marked as delivered too early in the process and will arrive a few days later, or it was delivered to a neighbor. If receive confirmation that your package was delivered to your home and it has been stolen, please report the mail theft to your local police. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you cannot be home to retrieve your package before they are potentially stolen, please make another arrangements or use the USPS Hold Mail Service.
